Background spans commercial lending and capital structuring, real estate investing and development, capital formation, and technology-enabled underwriting workflows.
James is a U.S. Army veteran with Special Operations Forces experience and a Purple Heart for wounds received in Afghanistan. Education includes an MBA and an M.S. in Data Science. The operating style is institutional underwriting, capital strategy, risk analysis, and relationship-driven execution—not promotional speculation.
